Benoit, Alex and the team were amazing at helping us not only with skis and boots but with other information about the resort. when we had skied for a day or two, my husband realised he had asked for boots that were half a size too big. there was no problem changing the boots for a better size. similarly, in the middle of the week I realised that I had improved more than I thought last year so the skis I had rented were not challenging me. I changed them for a more advanced set and the difference was enormous and very beneficial. again, there were no problems in doing this and the advice I received was brilliant. all in all I will be renting thigh intersport again in the future!
