Dear Customer,

Due to the sudden closure of ski resorts on the weekend of Saturday the 14th and Sunday 15th of March 2020, we have been inundated with cancellation order requests.

Because we realised this was the likely outcome, we immediately implemented the following:

• All bookings starting from Monday March 16th are already canceled and we began refunding these accounts immediately

• All refunds will be completed within 15 days by credit using the method of payment for the original booking

• Thank you for waiting for this period and for contacting us only if you have no record of this reimbursement on 04/15/20

All other requests will be processed as soon as possible. However, the large number of messages received in recent days, and the fact that the entire team is remote working (we are also on lockdown) is naturally having an impact on processing times.
