He understood what we wanted and did his best to deliver it. Great service The shop staff went out of their way to fit pair of boots for my partner who was struggling to find a pair that fitted due to high arches. The staff in store spotted resolved the issue by giving us a lesson in ski boots and the need to wear insoles when trying boots on.
